For SEO and marketing packages, reimbursement is only possible if Shopiwebs has not incurred advertising expenses and if no development has been carried out.
For social media management, you can cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of the contract, provided that no development has been undertaken.
2. Conditions of ineligibility for a reimbursement request
For website packages: you change your mind about the theme of the site after your initial selection and the model does not meet your expectations.
Shopiwebs has already invested substantial resources in the initial analysis and development of your website, marketing or social media management activities.
If the project failure is due to significant delays in client responses and incorrect information provided by the client.
You claim to be entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information justifying your request for a refund.
